Attendance and Behaviour

At St Mark’s we expect everyday excellence in all aspects of school life, especially in attendance and behaviour. We set very high standards because we know that every student deserves the best possible education, delivered in a safe, calm and purposeful environment where learning can flourish.

We are proud to be a happy, caring and inclusive Catholic school community. Students enjoy coming to school, feel valued, and are supported to thrive academically, socially and spiritually. This positive climate is shaped by our shared commitment to living out the values of our Catholic faith, including respect, compassion, forgiveness and service to others. As a result, students’ behaviour is consistently positive and guided by a desire to live out their faith each day.

Excellent attendance and excellent behaviour go hand in hand. When students attend every day and conduct themselves well, they maximise their learning, build strong relationships, and contribute to the flourishing of our whole community.
